Sr Project Management Analyst
About the position
The Senior Project Management Analyst is a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO) reputed company the Interventional Oncology & Embolization (IO&E) division at reputed company. This role supports project management teams across New Product Development (NPD), Clinical, Sustaining, and Integration reputed company by enabling operational reputed company through tools, reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage tools and processes that support cross-functional project delivery. This role engages directly with stakeholders across the organization and plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing PMO systems, governance, and project portfolio visibility.
Responsibilities
• Leading and supporting the implementation of a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system
• Acting as the subject matter expert for project reputed company creation, mapping, and closure reputed company the PPM tool
• Managing end-to-end process improvement and tool development initiatives for the PMO and R&D organization
• Leading reputed company improvement efforts for PMO tools, systems, and processes
• Supporting annual operating plan activities, quarterly forecasting, cost center mapping, strategic planning, and monthly financial tracking in collaboration with the Finance team
• Creating and maintaining portfolio reports and dashboards using business intelligence (BI) tools
• Supporting project governance and best reputed company development across a reputed company of project types
• Coordinating with reputed company developers to enhance existing tools and implement new solutions
• Managing PMO SharePoint content and application reputed company for users
• Creating and maintaining training materials, templates, and documentation
• Supporting reputed company requests and special initiatives from the PMO team
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, project management, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in engineering product development, manufacturing, project management, or a reputed company discipline
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across a matrixed organization
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office tools, particularly reputed company, Power BI, and SharePoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets

• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation
• Hands-on experience using Planisware or similar PPM software
• Understanding of the Product Development Process (PDP)
• Experience managing reputed company reputed company on tool creation or process improvement
