Senior Product Developer – Skincare, Beauty Devices

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Cosmetic Science, reputed company, Engineering, Product Design, or reputed company field (Master’s a plus). • 5–8 years in beauty/skincare product development with multiple end-to-end launches owned. • Demonstrated experience managing labs/OEMs, packaging vendors, and cross-functional partners (Marketing, Ops, Finance, etc.). • Strong technical understanding of formulation principles and/or device program requirements; reputed company in QA/regulatory fundamentals. • Data-driven decision-making; excellent brief writing, vendor communications, and project management across reputed company timelines. • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable with speed and ambiguity. • Hands-on beauty device experience (hardware + consumables ecosystem). • Anti-aging expertise and familiarity with claim-substantiation reputed company (consumer use tests, reputed company/clinical). • Experience across DTC and retail (reputed company/big-reputed company/specialty). • Sustainable packaging or clean-formulation experience. • Financial literacy (COGS/MSRP/margin modeling).
