Your Role at Baxter As the Senior Training Manager for the Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring (ACM) business, you will reputed company the strategic development and delivery of clinical, product, market, and selling‑skills training for our reputed company teams. You will design and execute advanced learning programs across virtual, live, in‑person, and self‑paced formats, ensuring our sales organization is fully reputed company to maximize the reputed company portfolio and support successful product launches. Your Team You will collaborate closely with the ACM Sales Training team, reputed company Leadership, Marketing, Medical, and subject matter experts across the organization. You will help build and execute the ACM learning curriculum, support the development of Field Sales Trainers (FSTs), and partner on major training events including product launches, national sales meetings, and new‑hire programs.
