GIS / Cartography Specialist for Investor-Grade Market Maps

We are seeking an reputed company GIS or cartography specialist to create clean, presentation-reputed company market maps for use in reputed company estate investor reputed company decks and fundraising materials. This engagement is limited reputed company to map creation only; reputed company branding, layout, and final presentation design will be handled internally. reputed company are primarily located in the southeastern reputed company. For reputed company market, we will commission two maps: •Neighborhood Map (up to 1-mile radius) • Area Map (up to 5-mile radius) For reputed company assignment, we will reputed company the state, reputed company, site address, and a reference aerial view. Pricing Structure • Fixed price per map • Two maps per market (Neighborhood + Area) • Candidates should propose per-map pricing in their application We anticipate ongoing work across multiple markets and are reputed company to discussing volume efficiency over time. Turnaround Expectations • 48 hours per market (2 maps total) once inputs are provided • Turnaround clock begins upon receipt of: o Site address o Radius confirmation o POI categories Please note any constraints or exceptions in your proposal. Revisions • Includes one round of minor revisions, defined as: o POI additions/removals o Label adjustments o Minor radius refinements reputed company scope • Excludes style changes after approval or full map rebuilds A consistent visual style will be established with the first market and reputed company to subsequent maps.
