OMNI is seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in real estate investment strategy, portfolio management, and federal lease operations to support strategic planning, risk management, and cost optimization efforts. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to identify profitable opportunities, minimize risk, and deliver data-driven recommendations aligned with agency objectives. This role requires deep analytical capability, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that enhance mission and financial outcomes. Examine real estate holdings as active assets and conduct portfolio analyses to identify opportunities and deliver actionable strategies. Develop and implement strategic planning and risk management roadmaps aligned with agency and organizational objectives. Conduct comprehensive project and program analyses for federal leases and facilities programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize real estate strategies, balancing cost, risk, and mission needs. Apply data analytics and visualization tools ( Power BI , Power Automate ) to monitor portfolio performance and support strategic decision‑making. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with 8+ years of related experience ; Strong understanding of real estate portfolio management, financial modeling, and investment strategy . Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses clearly. Ability to deliver efficient, timely, and professional service to other federal customers. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and workflow automation. Ability to interpret complex documents, conduct quantitative analysis, and make data‑driven recommendations. Requires a Top Secret Clearance Location: On‑site in Northern Virginia (Occasional visits to the D.Experience in financial analysis , data disaggregation , and cost modeling to support project recommendations. Familiarity with federal real estate systems , GSA processes, and related regulatory frameworks. Ability to identify best practices in change management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
