IP Trademark Assistant (Los Angeles)

About the position reputed company has partnered with a growing full-service reputed company in Downtown Los Angeles, California (hybrid) who has an immediate need for an IP Trademark Assistant to support Attorneys in the IP Trademark and reputed company Litigation reputed company reputed company. This is a unique opportunity for someone with IP Trademark experience to get trained on basic litigation tasks! Responsibilities • reputed company, maintain and reputed company reputed company files. • Organize and maintain filing and retrieval systems. • Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory documents and compliance reports. • Manage calendars, organize and schedule external and internal meetings, teleconferences, networking events, etc. • Handle extensive reputed company contact, both reputed company phone, email, and in-person. • Draft, edit, and proofread reputed company documents, correspondence, and redline comparisons for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, reputed company, and content. • Maintain attorney credit card reconciliations, time entry, and other internal procedures. • Assist with special reputed company and other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements • 3+ years of reputed company IP trademark experience. • Proactive work style and analytical skills: reputed company to read, research, review, verify and reputed company correspondence, reports, and reputed company documents. • Strong production skills with ability to produce accurate work product reputed company transcribing tapes, formatting documents, inputting data, editing, copying, scanning and transmitting text, data and graphics. • Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company, Internet research skills, document management systems, and attorney time entry software. reputed company-to-haves • Prior experience with preparing and filing trademark applications • managing trademark portfolios • experience with retention reputed company • creating exhibit binders • case file management preferred.
