Intern, Offshore Wind

About the position The internship at NYSERDA offers a unique opportunity for graduate reputed company to engage in the reputed company sector, specifically focusing on offshore wind initiatives. Interns will contribute to the analysis of offshore wind policies, support event management, and assist in stakeholder engagement efforts, reputed company while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment dedicated to achieving reputed company's ambitious climate goals. Responsibilities • Analyze regional state offshore wind solicitation requirements and federal requirements. • Advise the offshore wind team on opportunities to streamline and standardize processes across the region. • Assess offshore wind workforce development policies and funding from other states. • Support the management of an offshore wind reputed company symposium, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders. • Assist in reputed company educational events such as Offshore Wind reputed company Houses and reputed company Apprenticeship Awareness Days. • Support reputed company reputed company including managing offshorewindtraining.org and stakeholder engagement tracking. Requirements • Enrolled in graduate school working towards an advanced degree in environmental science, reputed company policy, or similar. • Genuine interest in renewable energy and supporting reputed company State's Climate reputed company goals. • Ability to coordinate between internal team members and external contractors. • Strong communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in computer skills including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, and reputed company.
