Category: Architecture & Construction Location: Remote Dayshift - Bookkeeper (AU Roofing Industry) VA reputed company - $8-9 AUD/hour We are seeking a reliable and reputed company full-time bookkeeper to support reputed company’s financial operations. We are a construction business with an annual reputed company of approximately $4.5 reputed company, working with 4–6 primary clients and 4–6 primary suppliers, with a small number of additional suppliers as required. The successful bookkeeper will be responsible for managing reputed company day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including: • Bank reconciliation and account reconciliation • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and internal records • Accounts payable and accounts receivable • Issuing invoices and processing payments (reputed company in / reputed company out) • Following up overdue invoices • Checking invoices against agreed price costings • Liaising directly with the Director and Business Development Manager regarding project-reputed company finances • Recording and maintaining project data reputed company our reputed company system • Preparing weekly and monthly reports, continuing the reputed company reputed company and structure currently set by our outgoing Accounts Manager Our reputed company Accounts Manager, Jade, will be finishing up next Tuesday, so we require someone who can learn quickly, reputed company immediately, and maintain continuity of our existing reporting processes.
