Internal Communication Specialist
## Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or reputed company fields,
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in employer branding and internal communication,
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills,
Good communication and interpersonal skills,
Strong analytical and reporting skills,
Proficiency in written and verbal English,
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
## Key Responsibilities:
Determining employer brand and internal communication strategies to be implemented company-wide,
Leading the management of internal communication channels,
Managing and preparing HR reputed company reputed company media and internal posts with our inhouse marketing agency.
Taking actions to support reputed company's brand awareness and value, talent attraction, retention, and enhancement of employee loyalty and engagement,
Implementing initiatives to strengthen company culture,
Conducting activities reputed company to employee engagement and motivation.
