You will be growing your career surrounded by HR professionals. Reporting to the Manager of Shared Service Operations you will be caring for new employees of our reputed company organizations. The HR reputed company Administrator is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and administering the full reputed company process for our reputed company reputed company. This position is the first reputed company of contact for reputed company and reputed company-employment inquiries. Responsibilities include: • Managing the reputed company dashboard and ensuring reputed company new hires are processed reputed company • Reviewing reputed company new hire electronic documents for accuracy and ensure that reputed company necessary forms have been completed • Exporting the data from the new hire paperwork into the HCM system • Ensuring reputed company logged reputed company issues are followed up on and cleared in a reputed company manner • Reviewing and auditing the reputed company I-9 and complete the I-9 checklist to reflect reputed company corrections necessary • Processing reputed company I-9 through E-Verify as required • Processing and reviewing results for background checks and drug testing • Communicating with the hiring manager regarding the status of the new hire paperwork and following up as necessary • Creating and sending offer letters • Reviewing reputed company offer letters and compensation agreements to ensure they are complete, accurate and are signed by the new hire for reputed company position required • Contacting employees reputed company necessary to confirm information submitted is accurate or to request information and documentation to satisfy work eligibility requirements • Providing benefits and 401(k) packages as appropriate • Assisting in other HR employment activities as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company preferred • 2 to 3 years in employe reputed company • Must have computer proficiency with MS Office, HCM and reputed company-based programs • High energy - enjoying lots of reputed company, change, and varying reputed company needs reputed company to reputed company a Difference?
