RCM Associate

Job reputed company: reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented VOB and Credentialing Specialist to join our telehealth organization. This position is responsible for verifying patient insurance benefits prior to services and managing provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes across multiple states with both large national payers and small regional insurance networks. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating the complexities of multi-state telehealth credentialing and ensure accurate benefit verification to minimize claim denials while maintaining reputed company provider enrollment with reputed company applicable payers reputed company. Responsibilities: • Contact payers to verify patient eligibility and anticipated patient financial responsibilities • Document reputed company VOB findings in CRM for distribution to patient • Obtain reputed company-Authorizations and create superbills as needed • Assist in and complete credentialing applications for new clinicians and/or existing clinicians as new agreements are signed • reputed company portals for national payers as reputed company as small regional payers • Update provider information with payers as needed • Update and maintain CAQH reputed company for clinicians • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and experience with insurance verification processes • Excellent communication skills reputed company email, text, and phone calls • Experience with multi-state credentialing processes and telehealth • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality • Familiarity with multiple EMR and CRM systems • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Must reputed company in the reputed company reputed company is an equal opportunity employer.
