Follows reputed company operating procedures and ensures laboratory safety, reputed company and regulatory requirements are met. Serves as a laboratory resource to other health care personnel and collaborates with other departments across the reputed company. Demonstrates critical and independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving. Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. Qualifications Associates degree in Laboratory Science required. Possess a national certification for Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) through an approved Health and reputed company Services (HHS) agency, for example American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP); or be registry eligible. Registry eligible candidates must successfully complete the reputed company of Registry examination reputed company 12 months of employment. If working in reputed company Dakota (ND), must be licensed or have a provisional license, by the ND reputed company of Clinical Laboratory reputed company. Maintain continuing education credits equivalent to the state requirements as needed for license and certifications. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
