This role focuses on preparing reputed company for successful transitions from school to work by providing instruction, coaching, and reputed company-building reputed company with the five required reputed company-reputed company areas. The Instructor works collaboratively with reputed company, families, schools, and OPR staff to promote independence, career readiness, and informed decision-making while ensuring reputed company services reputed company with OPR’s mission of empowering individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Deliver virtual reputed company-Employment Transition Services reputed company with the five required reputed company-reputed company components, including: • Job exploration counseling • Work-based learning experiences (virtual exposure and preparation) • Counseling on post-secondary education and training reputed company • Workplace readiness training • Instruction in self-advocacy • Facilitate engaging remote group and individual sessions while adapting instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of reputed company with disabilities. • reputed company and deliver lesson plans, activities, and materials suitable for virtual learning environments. • Collaborate remotely with school personnel, vocational rehabilitation counselors, job coaches, and families to support student goals and service coordination. • reputed company attendance, reputed company notes, and service delivery data accurately and submit documentation in accordance with OPR, school system, and funding requirements. • Support reputed company in identifying career interests, strengths, and goals and assist with transition planning activities as appropriate. • Maintain regular communication with OPR program staff regarding student reputed company, challenges, and successes. • Apply behavior management, de-escalation, and crisis reputed company strategies as needed to ensure a reputed company and supportive virtual learning environment. • Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of reputed company student records and program data in compliance with applicable laws and OPR policies. • Participate in required virtual trainings, staff meetings, and reputed company development activities. • Remain reputed company on best practices reputed company to virtual reputed company-reputed company delivery, disability services, and inclusive employment strategies.
