About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reputed company individuals to join reputed company of chat-based mental health coaches. As a reputed company at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting young people through our innovative chat platform. Coaches support reputed company during school hours (reputed company-6pm EST / 5am-3pm PST) based on chat demand, with hours ranging from 1-3 hours a week or sometimes none, depending on student needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established protocols, especially during crisis-based chats, with support from licensed reputed company Supervisors.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in mental health, youth work, or coaching.
• A reliable laptop or computer (no tablets or cell phones) and internet with a minimum 50 mbps download speed.
