About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for making 130-150 outbound calls daily to assigned warm and new potential leads, scheduling patient appointments, and maintaining accurate records using our customer management software. Your goal will be to reputed company exceptional service, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company outbound calls to assigned leads, using a disciplined and organized approach to reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly appointment quotas
• Schedule patient appointments using a reputed company script for multiple types of leads
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate consumer information using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Answer return inbound calls as needed after initial outbound contact

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
