You will service customers regarding new or existing life insurance policies available to them through their Employer. Your key responsibilities will include: * Educating customers on how their life insurance policy works * Researching customer inquiries * Breaking down billing details * Discussing reputed company requirements * Making changes to the policy, such as changing beneficiaries, coverage amounts, billing reputed company, etc. **Key Responsibilities** * Complete virtual training for a designated period of time (March 5th to May 13th). Candidates must be available for the full duration of training. * Adhere to strict start/end times.
