With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we strive to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation. **Responsibilities** As a Document Specialist / Closing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including: * Researching accounts utilizing several programs to ensure database accuracy and integrity * Processing documents in preparation for homeowners selling their home, ensuring seamless transitions and timely closures * Registering new homeowners in our system, providing a warm welcome and setting the stage for a positive homeowner experience * Compiling records for processing, ensuring all necessary documents are in order and up-to-date * Performing data-entry tasks within industry-specific software and Excel, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail * Processing invoices and payments, ensuring timely and efficient financial transactions * Scanning and assigning documents, maintaining a secure and organized digital archive **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data entry, administration, and customer service * A high degree of attention to detail, with the ability to handle large volumes of data entry with accuracy and precision * Accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently * Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems * Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide warm and welcoming support to homeowners and vendors over the phone * Clear and concise written communication, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, previous experience with real estate titles, mortgage, or real estate closings processes would be a valuable asset in this role.
