As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team. If you're located in Memphis, TN, Tucson, AZ, or Knoxville, TN, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions and concerns related to their credit card accounts * Processing and responding to customer inquiries utilizing multiple systems to provide information on accounts while answering every call with professionalism and accuracy * Properly diagnosing customer needs and proactively educating them about the features and benefits of arenaflex products and services * Demonstrating a genuine interest in customers and asking questions to resolve their concerns while understanding how arenaflex can help meet their financial needs * Presenting options to customers about ways to make their banking easy and convenient, while ensuring the needs of the customer always come first * De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support * Guiding customers through troubleshooting, navigating the company website/mobile app or using the products or service using digital tools * Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service **Schedule** After completing our comprehensive training program, you'll be scheduled to work the following hours: * 11:30 am – 8 pm Arizona Time Zone * 12:30 pm – 9 pm Central Time Zone (10%-night differential pay eligible) * 1:30 pm – 10 pm Eastern Time Zone (10%-night differential pay eligible) **Basic Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications **Preferred Skills/Experience** * Thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, and systems and procedures * Strong telephone and interpersonal skills * Good problem-solving and negotiation skills * Ability to handle difficult customer calls * Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications * Effective selling and referral skills * Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems * Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service **Remote Work Expectations** As a remote employee, you'll be expected to: * Work from a designated remote workspace that is reasonably quiet and free from interruption * Furnish your own equipment, including a computer, desk, chair, and internet access * Ensure company equipment and information is safe and secure * Set up equipment in your remote workspace * Make family care arrangements to ensure that work obligations can be met * Connect via ethernet, not wi-fi, for work * Meet internet service requirements, including high-speed internet service like fiber, cable, or DSL, with dedicated bandwidth and not shared * Use a modem/router approved by your internet service provider, no more than 2 years old to ensure recent technology compatibility, that supports VoIP data connection **Benefits** arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Healthcare (medical, dental, vision) * Basic term and optional term life insurance * Short-term and long-term disability * Pregnancy disability and parental leave * 401(k) and employer-funded retirement plan * Paid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure) * Up to 11 paid holiday opportunities * Adoption assistance * Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
