**Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Stop Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **The Opportunity** We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and drive the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our Agile team in Technology to design and implement data-driven solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate closely with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and deliver large-scale data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Stop technique **Essential and Preferred Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Strong collaboration skills with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) * Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills in data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles * Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our colleagues.
