**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as online interactions
* Assisting customers in resolving routine technical issues
* Following, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Proposing additional products and services to customers
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A strong command of both French and English languages (written, spoken, and read)
* A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A calm and distraction-free home environment
* Strong multitasking skills

* Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
* A reliable computer (laptop or desktop) for testing and internet access
* High-speed internet (not wireless, hotspots, or satellite)
