**Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Service**

+ Provide personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities

* **Booking Assistance**

+ Help coordinate itineraries that meet client schedules and budget preferences
+ Confirm and review travel bookings and share detailed itineraries with clients
* **Administrative Support**
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments
+ Process payments and assist with invoicing as needed
+ Keep track of important travel updates, trends, and visa requirements to provide informed support
