**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, including troubleshooting, resolving connectivity and account issues, and offering step-by-step guidance for internet and device-related problems.
* Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, using various tools to assist customers effectively and ensuring high-quality service in a 24/7 call center environment.
* Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM.
* Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
* Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service and contribute to the development of best practices.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
* Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
* Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
