You will prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings and disclosures, enhance processes and SOX controls, and partner across Accounting, Finance, and external auditors. To be successful in this role, you must be proactive, organized, and maintain steady ownership of recurring schedules (EPS, cash flows, stock comp). Ideal candidates will have external reporting experience at a publicly traded company or public accounting firm with SEC exposure. If you enjoy low-ego teams, learning new guidance, and can switch from drafting a memo to tagging XBRL without skipping a beat, you will thrive in this role. External Reporting Accountant (SEC Reporting) Responsibilities • Prepare 10-Q/10-K, earnings releases, and related SEC filings • Perform XBRL tagging and tie-outs for all disclosures • Build monthly cash flow statements with support schedules • Calculate basic/diluted EPS with support files • Prepare stock-based compensation calculations and support • Draft accounting policies and technical memos as needed • Research new ASUs and present impacts to leadership • Strengthen SOX, disclosure, and internal control processes • Partner with internal/external auditors to resolve issues • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and approvals External Reporting Accountant (SEC Reporting) Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required • 3+ years of SEC/external reporting experience required • Hands-on SEC 10-Q/10-K filing experience required • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules required Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
