Job Overview
In this role, you will be employed by arenaflex and will support our client, arenaflex, an internationally recognized industry leader in technology. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex's customers, and coming up with efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries. You will treat customers with respect, following company policies and procedures, and will be an integral part of our supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing timely and effective support to arenaflex's customers
- Provide technical and non-technical assistance to customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Develop and implement efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Treat customers with respect, following company policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support services
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should be fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of Russian and English (B2). Previous experience in customer service, especially in a call center environment, is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and coaching to help you excel in your role. You should be passionate about helping others, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
