Job Overview
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their eligibility for potential compensation, provide exceptional customer support, and drive business growth through outstanding communication skills. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for potential compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
- Speak with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, and provide personalized support and guidance
- Multitask efficiently, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and contribute to the company's overall growth and success
- Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately, and follow scripts appropriately to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and assist with other projects as needed to support the team and contribute to the company's mission
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, and maintain a reliable and efficient home workspace to ensure uninterrupted service delivery

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a reliable and distraction-free home workspace
- Have a quiet and private workspace, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) that meets our technical requirements (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
- Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum), and a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB
- Have a strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Hours of Operation
We operate on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
