Essential Qualifications

  • Be able to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule.
  • Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm.
  • Excel in English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Demonstrate a courteous and friendly demeanor, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple applications while talking to customers on the phone.
  • Have 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience.
