Job Overview

In this role, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing inbound customer support and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products. As a bilingual representative, you will communicate with customers in both German and English, using a call flow guide to ensure seamless interactions. Qualifications and Requirements
