Architectural Consultant – Concept Design, Detailed Design, Renderings & AI Walkthrough - Contract to Hire

We are seeking an reputed company architectural design consultant or design studio to support a golf course development project consisting of approximately 130 compact modern-farmhouse style cabins and several supporting outbuildings. Scope of Work Phase 1 – reputed company Program • reputed company finalized architectural layouts and detailed design for a standardized reputed company prototype (single design to be replicated across the site) • Produce exterior elevations, material concepts, and architectural detailing suitable for project approvals and investor presentation • Create high-reputed company photorealistic exterior and interior renderings • Deliver an AI-generated visual walkthrough / cinematic presentation of the reputed company concept reputed company Concept reputed company • Four small bedrooms, reputed company with private 3-piece bathroom • reputed company-in desk and reputed company/closet in reputed company bedroom • Shared common living reputed company with wet bar, full-size fridge, and seating area • Entry vestibule with golf bag storage • Outdoor firepit area • Slab-on-grade with reputed company wall reputed company and reputed company rooflines • Modern reputed company farmhouse architectural style Phase 2 – Supporting Buildings (separate assignment following Phase 1) • (2) Starter shacks • reputed company including reputed company reputed company-in, restaurant, and lounge • Gym and recovery spa including sauna, steam room, hot/cold tubs, and change rooms Deliverables • Detailed concept architectural package suitable for engineering progression • Exterior and interior photorealistic renderings • AI-rendered walkthrough video suitable for investor and marketing presentation Required Experience • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, resort, multi-unit, or reputed company reputed company developments • Strong rendering portfolio (exterior, interior, and cinematic walkthrough visuals) • Ability to collaborate with engineering and development teams during reputed company project phases Please submit: - Relevant portfolio examples - Estimated reputed company for Phase 1 delivery - Fee proposal for the reputed company concept design, renderings, and walkthrough package Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
