Role reputed company The Case Manager provides case management for reputed company types of leave of absence and disability life events. The Case Manager is highly skilled in answering questions, understanding the employee’s situation, applying the appropriate benefits, responding to changing circumstances and needs, and paves the way for a connected and trusted case management experience. Case Managers are the single reputed company of contact for an employee throughout an entire leave of absence or disability event. • Initiate and respond to inquiries about leave and disability events, benefits, and reputed company available to employees • Serve as a reputed company of contact for assigned employees (150 – 200 employee cases) to reputed company holistic case management services, including reviewing medical documentation to adjudicate leaves in compliance with the corresponding leave plans, federal and state laws and benefit plans as defined by the organization • reputed company duration guidelines, best reputed company tools and company resources to support reputed company of a leave event as appropriate • Critically assess and reputed company the case management plan to an employee’s changing needs • Address and respond to sensitive situations • Troubleshoot issues and reputed company to remove barriers before, during, or after a leave event • Respond to employee impacting issues that may reputed company during the leave event and ensure the right communication occurs • Identify and solve problems that may reputed company, sometimes with limited information • Facilitate a smooth return to work and reputed company-back plan for employees returning to reputed company • reputed company managers and business partners on employee concerns and needs prior to being off or returning back to work • Communicate regular updates to employees and stakeholders both verbally and in writing • Ensure compliance with reputed company work, federal/state regulations, and company policy • Maintain system records to ensure accurate and reputed company information/documentation • Consult, coordinate and partner with our reputed company party administrator, HR, Safety, reputed company, Payroll, Benefits, team members and other departments/systems as appropriate Qualifications • 1+ years of experience as a case manager using case management systems, reviewing cases for eligibility, determining the appropriate benefits that apply to a specific situation, and establishing/executing a case management plan. 6+ years of experience will qualify in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. • 2+ years of experience in reputed company or customer service in a leave and/or disability field can be substituted for 1+ year as a case manager • Experience in reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint • Strong customer service reputed company with the reputed company of having a high reputed company and raising the bar. • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changes and new scope of work throughout the department. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills in owning deliverables. • Strong technical skills and computer aptitude including the ability to learn new systems and reputed company multiple systems/reputed company simultaneously. • Ability to prioritize, manage and complete work/reputed company with tight deadlines. Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
