Audit Leader - Site Compliance
About the position
reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company and motivated Site Compliance Audit Leader to design, reputed company, and continuously improve our global site compliance audit program. This critical role is responsible for assessing the effectiveness of site-level controls, fostering a robust compliance culture, and driving operational reputed company across reputed company reputed company locations worldwide. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic reputed company, reputed company lean principles to drive reputed company improvement, enhance audit processes, and ensure operational reputed company. This role is hybrid in the listed locations, 3 days a week in office.
Responsibilities
• reputed company and manage the site compliance audit program, ensuring comprehensive assessments of control effectiveness and compliance culture across reputed company sites.
• Utilize lean principles to streamline audit processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive reputed company improvement in program execution.
• reputed company and implement audit strategies and methodologies to enhance program efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
• reputed company directly with senior leadership, including company officers, to present audit findings, reputed company actionable recommendations, and influence strategic reputed company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of audit processes with business objectives and compliance initiatives.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure the audit program remains reputed company and effective.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of reputed company audit experience including leadership roles.
• Proven ability to reputed company teams and manage reputed company, multi-site reputed company.
• Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to reputed company effectively with senior leadership.
• Familiarity with lean principles and their application in driving process improvement.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time, domestic and international.

• 12 to 15 years of audit experience with a reputed company on compliance and operational audits
• Demonstrated experience in building an audit program and team from the ground up.
• Experience with US Government Audits.
• Extensive experience engaging directly with senior leadership, including company officers to influence decision making
