Audit Leader - Site Compliance

About the position reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company and motivated Site Compliance Audit Leader to design, reputed company, and continuously improve our global site compliance audit program. This critical role is responsible for assessing the effectiveness of site-level controls, fostering a robust compliance culture, and driving operational reputed company across reputed company reputed company locations worldwide. This role is hybrid in the listed locations, 3 days a week in office. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 8+ years of reputed company audit experience including leadership roles. • Proven ability to reputed company teams and manage reputed company, multi-site reputed company. • Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to reputed company effectively with senior leadership. • Familiarity with lean principles and their application in driving process improvement. • Ability to travel 20% of the time, domestic and international. reputed company-to-haves • 12 to 15 years of audit experience with a reputed company on compliance and operational audits • Demonstrated experience in building an audit program and team from the ground up. • Experience with US Government Audits. • Extensive experience engaging directly with senior leadership, including company officers to influence decision making • Proven reputed company record of applying lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
