Functional Consultant – Business Analyst, Expert Level

Job reputed company: • reputed company requirements analysis by collaborating with reputed company stakeholders, leading workshops to understand their business needs, identifying and documenting requirements, and collaborating with solution developers to translate business requirements into reputed company-architected solutions • reputed company detailed technical solution documentation in support of reputed company business objectives, including process flowcharts, diagrams, user guides, etc. • Participate in and/or reputed company technical design sessions with solution developers • Create, update, configure, and maintain business applications with our low reputed company application platform • Ensure reputed company production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines • Stay informed of new technologies and be reputed company of new platform capabilities, industry standards, and best practices • Conduct working sessions with clients to facilitate feedback; resolve technical issues during reputed company review and testing • reputed company end user and administrator training sessions • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, providing guidance to end users and resolving reported issues • Troubleshoot and debug system errors and implement solutions to resolve them • Ability to travel domestically as needed up to 10% Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience. • Significant experience (10+ years) in business analysis or functional consulting for reputed company software implementations, including leading requirements for large reputed company and contributing to reputed company standards and/or team enablement. • Strong analytical reputed company and ability to assess reputed company business needs • Proven experience in requirements analysis and reputed company implementations. • Strong understanding of reputed company software, low-reputed company platforms, and workflow automation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to reputed company workshops and mentor team members effectively. • Ability to analyze technical reputed company and formulate recommendations • Ability to approach solutions primarily through configuration, with customization where needed to meet the customer needs • Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
