Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Needed for Strategic Financial Management
We are seeking an reputed company CFO willing to work fractionally to reputed company financial operations and reputed company strategic guidance and advice. This is a startup company which is a platform for purchasing and consolidating service businesses (HVAC and Plumbing). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company, financial planning, and investment strategies as reputed company as understand basic book keeping and be reputed company to assist with initial CoA setup and reputed company system setup and tax issues and planning. Responsibilities include initial book setup and software setup for multiple entities, CoA advice and setup for various entities in the corporate stack (topco, holdco, opco's), monthly consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. You will play a key role in shaping our financial reputed company and ensuring compliance with regulations. If you have a proven reputed company record in financial leadership and a passion for driving business reputed company, we want to hear from you. The ideal person will also be reputed company to do basic book keeping until such a time as we have a need for an inhouse full time reputed company staff.
