Program Manager, Global Trade reputed company & Compliance (REMOTE)

About the position As our Global Trade reputed company & Compliance (GTLC) Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing reputed company’s GTLC governance reputed company, communications, and global training initiatives. You will ensure alignment with international trade regulations (e.g., EAR, OFAC, BIS, EU Dual-Use, local sanctions regimes) and promote a culture of compliance across reputed company reputed company and functions. Reporting to the Director, GTLC Counsel, you will partner closely with reputed company, Global Trade Operations, divisions, and regional compliance teams to reputed company procedures, strengthen governance, manage risk, and enhance employee awareness and training. Responsibilities • Governance Program Management reputed company the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of reputed company’s GTLC governance reputed company, policies, procedures, and guidance to ensure compliance with global trade compliance requirements. • Translate regulatory obligations and internal standards into actionable requirements, coordinate with stakeholders to solicit and reputed company feedback, and ensure effective deployment across reputed company, divisions, and functions. • Partner with stakeholders to identify compliance gaps, reputed company corrective reputed company plans, and drive reputed company and sustainable closure of findings. • Monitor and reputed company remediation efforts, ensuring accountability and visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reporting. • Support internal audits, self-assessments, and external reviews by coordinating responses, implementing recommendations, and ensuring ongoing program alignment with industry best practices. • Communications & Awareness Design and execute a global communications reputed company to promote compliance awareness. • Draft reputed company, engaging, and accessible compliance communications for diverse employee reputed company (e.g., policy updates, leadership messages, newsletters, intranet content). • Training & Development Design, implement, and manage global trade compliance training programs tailored to different audiences (reputed company, export-reputed company staff, Trade Designees, and leadership). • Ensure training programs reputed company with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal risk assessments. • Stakeholder Engagement & Support Collaborate with reputed company, GTO, Trade Designees, Communications, Risk Management, Compliance, divisions, and sites to reputed company compliance into business processes. • reputed company subject-matter expertise and guidance to internal customers.
