(EXCLUSIVE) CORPORATE COMPLIANCE COUNSEL WANTED FOR ATLANTA BASED CORPORATION (Atlanta, GA)
Our client, a privately held consumer goods corporation, is seeking to hire a Corporate Counsel level compliance attorney for their expanding in-house legal team. Qualified candidates 4+ years of experience with privacy, data protection, and/or information risk management. Experience can be garnered in either an in-house or law firm setting.
The hired attorney will be responsible for promoting the company’s Global Compliance Program within North America, ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations that govern its business, company policies and procedures, and the company’s Code of Business Conduct & Ethics. Additionally, this role will be responsible for accessing risk, providing advice and counsel, and being up to date on applicable laws and regulations.
