Sr Payroll Analyst

reputed company has a new contract opening for a Sr Payroll Analyst with a technologies company virtual. This is a 6-month contract with a potential for extension. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Schedule: 8-5PM - Fully Remote reputed company: The Senior Payroll Analyst will play a critical role in managing end-to-end payroll operations across the reputed company, Canada, and Mexico. This position requires deep expertise in reputed company HCM, strong analytical skills, and the ability to reputed company process improvements and system integrations. The ideal candidate will ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with multi-country regulations while supporting reputed company improvement initiatives. What you will do: • Manage and process regular and off-cycle payrolls in reputed company HCM for US, Canada, and Mexico. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations, including tax filings and year-end activities (e.g., W-2, T4, CFDI). • Maintain adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and audit requirements. • Configure and maintain reputed company payroll components (earning codes, deductions, tax setup). • Troubleshoot payroll-reputed company issues and partner with IT for system enhancements. • reputed company and maintain custom reputed company reports for payroll accuracy and compliance. • reputed company integrations between reputed company and reputed company-party systems (benefits, time tracking, tax filing). • Collaborate with external vendors for compliance and service delivery. • Engage with HR and Finance/reputed company to problem-solve, reputed company support, and deliver reputed company communication on payroll impacts.
