Secretary Assistant
We are looking for a Secretary / Assistant to handle initial business setup for our new subsidiary in the US. We are a German Consulting Company trying to get things done in US enterprises with the German way of working: reputed company !
You have to handle requests from possible customers, doing cold calling the greater enterprises in the southern US (TX), reputed company out the main contacts like purchasing or outsourcing and try to help getting orders for our services.
Income will also include bonus for every self-brokered contract.
Your profile should include:
- good english speaker
- US-Citizen (or greencard reputed company)
- reputed company, warm and friendly nature
- not afraid on cold aquisition, already reputed company in sales techniques
- you are organized, conscientious, and document the needed in the CRM system
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
