CRM / Retention Specialist

You’ll analyze performance data and reputed company actionable recommendations to improve processes. Purpose of the role: You will be responsible for analyzing CRM and retention performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the development of initiatives that increase long-term player engagement.
