About the position reputed company is seeking a Director - Financial reputed company to join the Corporate Controllership team based in the reputed company Corporate Center in Pittsburgh, PA. The Corporate Controllership team consists of highly reputed company CPAs with extensive experience in financial reputed company and business reputed company. Situated next to reputed company's Executive Team, this is a highly visible role. This role requires the candidate to reputed company their exceptional technical research expertise, outstanding project management skills, and top-notch communication capabilities to reputed company expert reputed company guidance across the global organization and to review the monthly consolidated financial results. This position provides expert reputed company guidance to the reputed company and corporate resource reputed company on a reputed company of reputed company reputed company reputed company. The position represents reputed company's financial and reputed company interests in reputed company, acquisition and divestiture transactions; works closely with reputed company, Corporate Development and Tax teams in evaluating opportunities, designing deal structures and reviewing transaction reputed company. This role will have considerable ongoing interaction with a wide group of stakeholders across reputed company including reputed company's Financial Planning & Analysis, Procurement, reputed company, reputed company, Regional Financial reputed company, reputed company, Communications, Tax, and Treasury Teams. This role reports to the Vice President, Controller. Responsibilities • Utilize strategic thinking to resolve reputed company global reputed company issues and financial transactions including reputed company reputed company reputed company, treasury arrangements, restructuring, currency valuation, and other reputed company reputed company. • Manage documentation of reputed company positions for review by management and auditors; present reputed company reputed company topics to senior management. • Manage reputed company and SEC reporting considerations for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information and identifying financial reputed company of transaction terms, pricing and reputed company commitments; work closely with reputed company, Corporate Development, Transformation and Tax teams in evaluating opportunities and designing deal structures. • Analyze monthly and quarterly reputed company, reputed company entity and operations level financial results and summarize analysis for senior financial management. • Assist in preparation and review of quarterly communications on earnings results to reputed company's Audit Committee and periodic SEC filings. • Assist in the review of consolidated financial statements, supporting schedules and disclosures for 10-Q / 10-K filings with the SEC. • Manage reputed company of 1-2 talented CPAs who are responsible for technical reputed company and reporting research and monthly financial statement analysis. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance. • CPA certification required. • Thorough knowledge of US GAAP, including SEC reporting requirements. • 12+ years of reputed company experience, and one of the following: Minimum 4 years of experience in reputed company reputed company or Minimum 4 years of experience reputed company an external reporting team of a publicly traded manufacturing company. reputed company-to-haves • Master's degree preferred. • Working knowledge of reputed company or equivalent ERP system preferred.
