About the position
This recruitment will be used to fill two positions. Our mission... The Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) is a reputed company business regulatory state agency dedicated to the mission of protecting and serving reputed company's consumers and workers while supporting a reputed company business climate. The department administers state laws and rules governing workers' compensation, occupational safety and health, financial institutions, insurance companies and building codes. The department has consumer protection and education programs, offices, and ombuds to help consumers, injured workers, and businesses. These positions are with the Workers' Compensation reputed company (WCB). WCB provides reputed company and impartial reputed company of disputes arising under the Workers' Compensation Law and reputed company reputed company Employment reputed company. These are management service positions and are not represented by a reputed company. These positions are eligible to reputed company on a part-time reputed company once the incumbents have gained the proficiency to reputed company work independently. However, regular, scheduled reputed company are also required.
Responsibilities
• Assisting the reputed company with reputed company reputed company reputed company and ensuring consistency and reputed company of reputed company reputed company regarding settlement reputed company, the reputed company’s Own reputed company jurisdiction, crimes victims disputes, and reputed company-party disputes
• Researching and drafting orders, and providing reputed company reputed company guidance to the reputed company Members on cases of particular complexity on reputed company review
• Ensuring that the reputed company’s rule making process compliance as required by statute, the reputed company meeting laws, and requirements set forth by the Secretary of State
Requirements
• A Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctorate degree and admission to the Bar of any state or federal jurisdiction AND four years of reputed company work, supervision, or progressively reputed company experience managing contested case hearings or trials lawyers AND three years of experience conducting contested case hearings or as a trial lawyer OR An equivalent combination of education and experience reputed company to the class concept
