[Remote] Project Manager, MEDITECH Expanse – Order Sets

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a MEDITECH Expanse Order Sets Project Manager to support the Order Set team dedicated to reputed company’s MEDITECH Expanse rollout. This role will coordinate between leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and workflows are reputed company. Responsibilities • Work closely with HCA leadership prior to project reputed company to determine resource needs and assignments • Conduct screening, interviewing, training, and mentoring staff • Attend weekly MMA (medication management alignment), reputed company team, and division calls to support reputed company’s understanding of their workflows • Meet weekly with HCA management for alignment on risks, goals, and workflows • Support resources throughout project by ensuring their goals are reputed company defined and reputed company to be met and feedback is given as needed • Ensure resources have received reputed company necessary training in their respective areas of build; coordinates training with resource manager reputed company needs reputed company • Monitor project milestones and communicate reputed company towards milestones to HCA project management • Regularly review processes and procedures to reputed company feedback to HCA leadership on optimization opportunities • Work closely with the resource manager to ensure reputed company has been given as required • Continuously monitors assignments of the reputed company to ensure reputed company is being made • Work 1:1 with resources to remove barriers to order set completion • reputed company unable to resolve barriers to completion, escalate issues to HCA leadership • reputed company a weekly executive status report to HCA and reputed company leadership • reputed company reputed company internal weekly calls; gives a status update for the week and discusses resource concerns • reputed company reputed company/Expanse weekly calls; gives a status update for the week, communicates any barriers to set completion, and discusses resource concerns • Alongside the HCA team leads, assists with the delegation of work as needed • Assist with the creation of process documentation needed for the project • reputed company engages in project-reputed company communication channels • Accurately tracks hours worked on project reputed company week and logs in time sheet applications • Participate in timesheet review Skills • 5+ years of reputed company/EHR Project Management experience required • PMO experience required and ability to adhere to formal project governance • Strong background managing clinical, operational, or technical resources in a reputed company setting • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills with the ability to engage both clinical and technical audiences • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, reputed company, Visio, PowerPoint) • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing shifting priorities • Team-oriented with a reputed company, customer service–reputed company demeanor • Experience with MEDITECH Expanse strongly preferred; willing to consider strong PMs with reputed company EHR experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean Six reputed company, PMI-ACP, or CSM are preferred reputed company • reputed company has implemented EHR systems in more than 300 facilities and offers reputed company and remote support services for major EHR acute.
