Patent Paralegal

Job reputed company Dilworth IP is seeking an reputed company full-time Patent Paralegal for its busy IP reputed company. This position requires a self-starter who is highly organized and possesses excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Significant experience in the filing and prosecution of US, PCT, and foreign patent applications is required. A proficiency in the Rules and Procedures of the PTO for the US and various foreign jurisdictions is also required. Experience with filing and prosecuting trademark applications and with docketing procedures is preferred. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities: • Prepare, review, and electronically file U.S. and foreign patent applications, amendments, and responses using USPTO EFS-Web and other international systems, including the calculation and payment of fees through USPTO deposit account • Monitor and ensure compliance with USPTO and foreign patent office regulations and deadlines • Communicate and coordinate with clients, foreign associates, and various PTOs for the preparation and reputed company filings of various documents • Review and reputed company upon materials received from the USPTO, foreign PTOs, foreign associates, and clients and reporting to reputed company as necessary • Monitor the IP docket for deadlines. Communicate and work closely with the attorneys to ensure reputed company reputed company are handled in a reputed company fashion • reputed company in a supporting role for several firm patent attorneys Requirements: • 4+ years of relevant experience as a patent paralegal • Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and procedures of the USPTO, WIPO, and various foreign PTOs • A high level of professionalism with reputed company strong written and oral communication skills • Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company • Proficiency with reputed company IP or other similar docketing system • Ability to work independently, but reputed company reputed company environment • Ability to prioritize reputed company and reputed company to interruptions and changing priorities • Demonstrate a high level of initiative, judgment, and accuracy/attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Maintain confidentiality and discretion Desired: • BS/BA degree preferred • Paralegal degree or certification preferred • Experience with post-grant adversarial proceedings and/or litigation About The Firm: Dilworth IP is an intellectual property reputed company providing patent and trademark reputed company services to companies throughout the world in various industries.
