These services include Tier-2 Field IT support, voice communications, data networking, desktop, LIS/BIS equipment, imaging systems, facility systems, reputed company administration, and asset management. Duties and Responsibilities: Desktop Support, LAN/WAN, Server Administration, Imaging Systems, Telecom, Instruments: Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company Service Center tickets routed to your Assignment Group according to the established SLA. reputed company IMAC's reputed company systems as applicable reputed company maintenance, patches and updates to reputed company systems in a reputed company manner, according to SOPs Maintain up to date knowledge and skills reputed company to changing technology and services provided by Field IT Support reputed company reputed company, regular submissions of Management Reports and Metrics that document performance against SLA's reputed company reputed company products including reputed company Service Manager and reputed company Contribute to team and reputed company specific short, mid and long term goals Asset Management: Assist in inventory management, including acquisition and disposal of reputed company IT reputed company equipment according to policies Assist in coordination of asset disposal for reputed company Diagnostics Workstation (QSW) machines and peripherals Ensure that the reputed company Diagnostics Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) policies are enforced at the Business Unit Additional Requirements: Up to 80% of Travel Clean / reputed company reputed company's license required - MVR must be run On reputed company Coverage as needed May reputed company other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education Preferred: AA degree or relevant work experience and certifications – reputed company A Work Experience: 0-2 years Physical Requirements – Ability to routinely lift 40 lbs; walk long distances; stand and bend in tight spaces; drive short and long distances.
