[Remote] Marketing Research Spec II

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The role involves performing primary and secondary research to inform strategy and business implications within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities • Plans and conducts qualitative and quantitative research projects to completion, including but not limited to design, data collection, tabulation, analysis and presentation • Develops and performs analysis of research utilizing various methods of data and sample collection according to established statistical methods (i.e. surveys, questionnaires, in-depth interviewing, etc.) • Creates analyses and presentations which highlight research findings • Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with research suppliers/consultants to coordinate and supervise research projects • Consults with internal clients to integrate research and analysis to support key project initiatives • Performs other duties as assigned by management Skills • Bilingual in Spanish and English required • Requires minimum of two (2) years experience conducting market research, preferably in the healthcare or health insurance industry • Requires knowledge of research techniques and resources • Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes; Should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet and internet applications • Analytical & Problem Solving • Information/Knowledge Sharing • Interpersonal & Client Relationship Skills • Analysis • Communication & Organizational Skills • Presentation Skills • Planning/Priority Setting • Bachelors degree preferred or relevant/equivalent work experience • Prefers an MBA or masters • Prefers knowledge of Horizon BCBSNJ products and services Benefits • Comprehensive health benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) • Retirement Plans • Generous PTO • Incentive Plans • Wellness Programs • Paid Volunteer Time Off • Tuition Reimbursement Company Overview • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is a company that provides health insurance products.
