In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of support for individuals seeking guidance during challenging moments. You will assess needs, triage concerns, and connect Service Members and their families to appropriate non-medical counseling and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources. This position calls for reputed company judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate high-risk and sensitive situations with professionalism, reputed company, and care. Military families face unique and often reputed company stressors. As the initial voice they hear, you play a pivotal role in helping them navigate challenges and connect to the right support at the right time.
