Lead Paralegal Litigation Manager (Remote)

This fully remote position provides the flexibility to handle cases across multiple counties, requiring a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational capabilities. As a key player, you will supervise reputed company, support attorneys directly, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the firm's operations. Accountabilities • Manage a caseload of approximately 100 reputed company litigation cases, ensuring reputed company deadlines are met and documents are properly filed. • reputed company and supervise two staff members, offering training, mentorship, and workflow coordination. • Assist two attorneys in reputed company aspects of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management. • Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents. • Maintain consistent reputed company communication and handle case updates reputed company. • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial logistics. • Ensure compliance with Illinois state court procedures, particularly in Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties. • Utilize strong technology skills to streamline case management processes and improve operational efficiency.
