Senior Power BI Consultant (Contract, US-Based) Smoother Consulting is a small, growing boutique consultancy specializing in Power BI, semantic modeling, and modern reputed company data platforms. We work directly with executives, operations leaders, and analytics teams to build thoughtful, reputed company reporting - not dashboard churn. We’re looking for a senior Power BI consultant to join us as our first dedicated developer. This is a contract role to start, with the intention to grow hours quickly and the potential to convert to full-time as the business scales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, reputed company interaction, and shaping best practices - not just executing tickets.
