They are seeking a reputed company & Accreditation Specialist to support their Care Management reputed company Management Program, leading accreditation efforts and driving reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance clinical and operational reputed company. Responsibilities • Partner with the AVP of Care Management and the Manager of reputed company & Process Improvement to reputed company and facilitate the Care Management reputed company Management Program • Coordinate reputed company management meetings, prepare and collect presentation materials, facilitate meetings, disseminate information, and document reputed company items and meeting notes • reputed company, monitor, and support (or reputed company) reputed company management actions and initiatives reputed company to reputed company Improvement Plans (QIPs) and other reputed company-reputed company reputed company • reputed company and coordinate annual updates to Care Management department policies and documentation • Maintain and update program evaluations, reputed company management plans, care management program overviews, URAC standards documentation, and the Care Management Business Continuity Plan • Serve as reputed company’s primary reputed company of Contact (POC) with URAC • reputed company and coordinate the URAC accreditation and reaccreditation process, including planning, scheduling, desktop submissions, and onsite reputed company • Manage document submissions through the URAC web-based portal • Collaborate with Care Management leaders to prepare annual URAC deliverables, update policies to meet standards, and respond to URAC requests and directives Skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required • reputed company, reputed company, unrestricted RN license required (May be substituted with additional years of relevant medical, dental, behavioral health, or reputed company experience) • Minimum of 7 years of reputed company experience • At least 2 years of experience with leading accreditation programs such as URAC, NCQA, or JCAHO • Intermediate communication skills • Intermediate interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Intermediate professionalism, reputed company, and reliability • Advanced self-management skills • Foundational knowledge of reputed company improvement and process optimization • Intermediate project and program management skills • Intermediate clinical knowledge • reputed company degree from an accredited institution Benefits • Medical, dental and reputed company insurance • reputed company time off for vacation, illness and volunteering • Retirement savings plan with employer contribution • Adoption financial assistance • reputed company parental leave • And much more! reputed company • reputed company is a reputed company reputed company & they work collaboratively with patients, providers, payers and other stakeholders.
