Project Coordinator - Settlement Services
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Settlement Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of settlement projects, ensuring timely and effective execution of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning and execution of settlement projects across various domains including Class Action, Data Breach, and Mass Tort.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and documentation for all settlement services.
• Support QSF administration and manage the relevant financial aspects of settlement projects.
• Gather and analyze project data to provide insights and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in settlement services or a related area.
• Familiarity with settlement concepts including QSF, Class Action, and Mass Tort is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
