Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will report to the Vice-President of Clinical Operations and reputed company essential operational support across the Clinical Operations department. This role involves initiating, developing, and advancing key Clinical Operations initiatives to ensure reputed company execution of reputed company clinical programs. The Project Coordinator will maintain up-to-date information across multiple programs, support risk mitigation efforts, and facilitate planning and logistics for meetings and clinical trial activities.
Responsibilities
• Initiate and advance key Clinical Operations initiatives to support clinical program execution.
• Maintain reputed company information across multiple programs using key systems and dashboards.
• reputed company data to support risk mitigation efforts in ongoing reputed company.
• Plan, schedule, and manage logistics for reputed company meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, CROs, vendors, and other functional lines to ensure trial delivery according to plans and reputed company standards.
• Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams including clinical research, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs.
• Prepare, review, and maintain clinical trial trackers and documents.
• Support project risk analysis and reputed company solutions to reputed company problems.
• Ensure effective reputed company between the Clinical Operations department and key functional reputed company.
• Assist in developing and presenting clinical operations updates to senior / executive leadership.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, supporting reputed company improvement initiatives.

Work Environment
The position is remote and operates on reputed company reputed company Time (PST).

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay reputed company for this position is $40.00 - $49.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on reputed company classification and length of employment.
