Responsibilities • Support Specialty Product Development team in reputed company aspects of developing products for launch • Conduct competitive and trend research to support collection ideation • Conduct competitive research on claims for new, limited-edition formulas • Work with Product Development Manager to learn shade matching and approval process • Assist in creating arm swatches, on model and swatch videos for Marketing Bulletins • Assist team in preparing hand samples and fulfilling comp requests for reputed company Specialty launches • Assist team in purchasing competitive products and placing orders on Nu Order for reputed company Specialty launches • Maintain and organize product closets Requirements • Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree • Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized • Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented • Flexible and reputed company to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment • Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
